Some employers will not provide any information over the telephone. It is necessary to email or fax them a release. You can provide the release now or wait until an employer requests it and provide it at that time or do not provide it and forfeit that reference check.

If you have a scanner, please scan it and email it to us at the address on the form. You can also mail it to us. It may also be faxed but we have to fax it again and the quality will be very poor.
